Minimum stay – 3 nights however during the summer months we have a 1 week minimum stay with Friday as changeover days

Additional charges:

£30 one-off cleaning fee

Extra guests charged at £15 per person per night after the first four

All guests are required to give a booking fee (which is converted into a security deposit) of £150 upon booking.  This is refunded after your stay minus any costs incurred or damages.
